Substitute 'e's for '2's - J2r2my

Use a lot of puns and humour in your speech!

Capitalize 't's and 'f's!

Use ALL CAPS when expressing emotion!!

Use double punctuation ( .. ,, ?? !! :: '' ) etc - "Hello,, I''m Scout!!"

Substitute 'o's for '0's - Sc0ut

Abbreviate / shorten words - "gonna" instead of "going to", "ya" instead of "you", "gotta", "wanna", "havta" etc

Keep in mind that some of these will require translations for folks who have a hard time reading complex quirks or who use screen-readers!
